Dear Parents/Guardians,
You are invited to attend a Parents’ Evening for your child/student in your care, on Thursday 12th January between 4pm and 7pm. This evening has been arranged for parents of students in Year 7 and New Arrivals. Parents’ Evening this year will be in person in the main school building.
The pupil/student will be given an appointment sheet to arrange times for you to meet their subject teachers and form teacher. You should bring this appointment sheet with you for the evening so you can be aware of the time and scheduling of your visit. Please try to see staff as close as possible to the arranged time. Unless you have made a specific appointment for between 6:30pm and 7pm, staff will not be available to see you after 6:30pm.
If you have any concerns that cannot be dealt with by either a subject teacher or the form teacher, you may also wish to make an appointment to see the Head of Year. The Head of Year is particularly busy during the evening; if you require a longer appointment with either Mr. Williams (Head of Year 7) or Mrs. Roberts (Head of New Arrivals) to discuss issues, please use your appointment time with them to arrange a future date for a meeting.
The rooms used for the evening are on the ground floor and first floor of the main building. You can park in the school car park and enter the school via the Visitors’ Entrance.
