Arbor is our new school information system, designed to make it easier for parents to stay informed. Arbor can support everything SIMS Parent offered—and more.

Just some of the things you can view in Arbor include:

• Student reports
• Attendance information
• Timetables
• Achievement points (from September onwards)
• Data collection forms (to be implemented)

How to set up your account

1. Click this link to access your account: https://login.arbor.sc
2. use the “forgot your password?” link just under the login button and follow the steps to finish setup
3. Download the Arbor App from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
4. Enable notifications, android users can do this by going to Settings > Apps > Arbor > Notifications, IOS (Apple) users will be prompted to receive push notifications when you download the app, ensure you select ‘allow”.
   You must enable push notifications to receive a notification when you have a new in-app message. If you do not enable this, you will not be alerted to a new message and may miss important information. We will continue to send key messages by email. 
5. Open the app and enter your email address.
6. Select our school from the list and enter your password.
7. Accept the Terms & Conditions and confirm your child’s date of birth.

The Parent Portal can also be accessed through any internet browser on a laptop or desktop computer.
