Alps is a process designed to improve the life chances of young people. Target grades are aspirational, raising students’ expectations and performance. Target grades are set using average GCSE scores.

Alps has provided us at Cathays High School with a target setting and monitoring system that challenges and supports both staff and students. It has been instrumental in improving the outcomes of our students and has helped us to achieve this.
