On a PC/Laptop

To go to your school emails, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://outlook.office365.com/cathays.cardiff.sch.uk
2. Login using your school email address (ends in @cathays.cardiff.sch.uk)

Example: 21SmithJohn@cathays.cardiff.sch.uk

You should now be able to view your school emails

On a Mobile Device

1. Go to your app store
2. Search and install Outlook by Microsoft
3. Login to Outlook using your school email address (ends in @cathays.cardiff.sch.uk)

Example: 21SmithJohn@cathays.cardiff.sch.uk

You should now be signed into the Outlook app and view your emails.

Your school documents, pictures, videos and downloads are kept within Microsoft OneDrive. To login to OneDrive, follow the steps below:

1. Go to https://office.live.com/start/OneDrive.aspx
2. Login using your Cathays email address (ending in @cathays.cardiff.sch.uk)
3. You will now be able to view your files just like you can in school!

Google Drive is used for Google Classroom work and where you can find the Student Shared area. To login to Google Drive, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://drive.google.com/drive/my-drive
2. Login with your normal school email address and password (ending in @cathays.cardiff.sch.uk)
3. You will now see your Google Drive files, including Google Classroom work and shared drives!

Arbor Student is an app and a website that you can login to and view key information, such as:

• Timetables
• School Events
• Attendance

To login to Arbor Student, follow the steps below:

1. Click this link or download the mobile app
2. click the microsoft option to login

To login to Arbor Parent, follow these steps:

1.  Go to your email address and find the email from Arbor that should have been sent to you

2. Click the link in that email to activate your account and set your password

3. Done! You should now be logged in

Parent Pay is used by Cathays High and Cardiff Council to handle all money payments between parents and the school. It is used to pay for school dinners, trips and equipment. All parents should have access to Parent Pay, activation letters are sent to all parents by post. Please contact finance@cathays.cardiff.sch.uk if you require a new activation letter.

To login to Parent Pay, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://app.parentpay.com/public/client/security/

2. Enter the email address you used when you activated your parent account

3. Enter the password you chose when you signed up. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot your password” link

4. Done! You should now be logged in!

You will be able to pay for meals or other items from the homepage!
