Dear parent/ guardian
Due to the strike action taking place on Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th March school will be closed for pupils on both days. Pupils should use the core subject apps and other materials that can be found on the student area of the website to complete work on those days.
I apologise for the inconvenience this may cause you with regard to childcare and your own working arrangements and hope the seven days’ notice is sufficient for you to make alternative arrangements.
As we have seen previously, the situation can change quickly if agreements are reached between trade unions and the Education Minister. Should there be any updates or changes I will let you know as soon as possible.
Pupils should return to school at 8.20am on Friday 17th March.
