Dear Parent / Guardian,
I am writing to you to let you know that your child exhibited poor behaviour in afterschool reflection yesterday with me, their Head of Year.
Despite frequently reminding your child to remain silent and complete a reflection statement based on their recent behaviour in classes they continued to talk to others and make jokes.
Their behaviour is now having a detrimental impact on their attainment in their subjects and if it continues, could mean that they do not achieve their target grades this year.
I would appreciate your support in discussing this with
them so that they can achieve the grades that they are capable of.
