Parents and carers do not need to sign up for Arbor.

After our system migration is complete, you will receive an invitation email directly from Arbor. This email will contain a link allowing you to set up your password and access your new Arbor Parent Portal/App.

Once you have access please use this link to log in: https://login.arbor.sc/

Arbor is our new school information system, designed to make it easier for parents to stay informed. Arbor can support everything SIMS Parent offered—and more.

Just some of the things you can view in Arbor include:

• Student reports
• Attendance information
• Timetables
• Achievement points
• Data collection forms

Once you have received your invitation email:

How to set up your account

1. Wait for your welcome email from Arbor – you will not be able to log in before this.
2. Click the link in the email to create your password.
3. Download the Arbor App from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
4. Open the app and enter your email address.
5. Select our school from the list and enter your password.
6. Accept the Terms & Conditions and confirm your child’s date of birth.

The Parent Portal can also be accessed through any internet browser on a laptop or desktop computer.
