Year 7 Parents’ Evening, Thursday 8th January 2026

Dear Parents/Guardians,

You are invited to attend Parents’ Evening for your child on Thursday 8th January between 4.00 and 7.00 p.m. This evening has been arranged for parents of Year 7. Parents’ Evening will be in-person in the main school building.

Your child will be given their appointment sheet to arrange times for you to meet their subject teachers and form teacher. You should bring this appointment sheet with you on the evening. Please try to see staff as close as possible to the arranged time. Unless you have made a specific appointment for between 6.30 and 7.00 p.m., staff will not be available to see you after 6.30p.m.

If you have any concerns that cannot be dealt with by either a subject teacher or the form teacher you may also wish to make an appointment to see the Head of Year. The Head of Year is particularly busy on the evening; if you require a longer appointment with Mrs H Alexander (Head of Year 7) to discuss issues regarding your child, please use your appointment time with them to arrange a future date for a meeting.

The rooms used on the evening are on the ground floor of the main building. You can park in the school car park and enter the school via the Visitors’ Entrance.
