Parents/guardians who have not yet submitted their e-consent form for their child to receive the 1st dose of the HPV vaccine in school please do so as soon possible.
The last date for submission is the 12/09/2022. If you submit a consent form after this date you will be invited to make an appointment at one of our community catch-up clinics.
